Shipping Policy

Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before it ships.

We ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground, which typically takes an additional 3–5 business days for delivery once your package leaves our facility.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
